This version uses the exact Step 1–3 assumptions from the supplied Maxairea scenario workbook: Energy Label benchmark → 50% indicative HVAC share → 50% outdoor-air-related share of HVAC → Maxairea impact of 60% / 40% / 30% for IAQ A / B / C. CAPEX is €59 / €45 / €39 per m². The first filter-life economic period is 3,000 cycles / 260 cycles per year = 11.54 years. Label G is open-ended (>300 kWh/m²·yr), so G outputs are lower-bound economics only. A+++++ is not suitable for this top-down decomposition. Indicative post-Maxairea energy-label movement is not an NTA 8800 certification result.
